Frequently Asked Questions

Please provide your event date at checkout so we can book your order in to be dispatched in good time.
Although this may increase our estimated processing times PLEASE DO NOT worry, it will simply enable us to manage our workload & accommodate other customers during busy periods.

To Help customers understand which items offer our quickest dispatch times, we have introduced a NEW labeling system. This can be found on the top right of every product image.

This is to give customers an idea of production (made to order) times – But PLEASE remember these are only estimates and DO NOT include delivery times.

Once your order is posted from our factory the following times should be used as a general guide and help you choose a suitable delivery service.

Delivery Times Once Orders are Dispatched:
STANDARD DELIVERY (Royal Mail)
2 – 5 days – Please allow enough time for your order to arrive.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (Royal Mail / Parcelforce )
24 / 48hour – We recommend this for orders required urgently or by a certain date.
 
Please note we usually have free slots available each week for rush / last-minute orders.
Yes – If you are a School or Local Authority.
Once you are ready to checkout, please contact us and we can activate an option to checkout without paying.
This will generate your invoice and email it to you, we can then process your order while you arrange payment.
* Please note: All goods are required to be paid for before dispatch.
** For Urgent orders we recommend payment at checkout to help fast-track your order

We are happy to answer any queries you may have over the phone, However, orders will ONLY be accepted via email or through our website.

By accepting orders this way we will have a clear understanding of what is required. In the unlikely instance of a problem arising with an order, both parties will have a record of what was ordered.

With this in mind we have deveopled an exclusive online design tool that allows our customers to design both rosettes & sashes online for FREE. Customers can choose from standard or custom colours, fonts & customise with personalised text and images.

Once happy with a design, it can be added to the online cart system and purchased through our website.
